Whole30: What is it & how it can change your body & mind
One of our BSI Members said of Whole30, "It will absolutely change your relationship with food." We have all heard of Whole30 (and maybe even given it shot before), but if you're left feeling overwhelmed on where to start, then this class is for you! Learn about the Whole30 from Whole30 Certified Coach, Emily Nichols, including the why, food prep/compliant products, what to expect during your Whole30, your reintroduction & your Food Freedom moving forward. Emily wants to help set you up for success and will share her story of how the Whole30 has changed habits and relationship with food. Bring a notebook to take notes. There will be time questions as well! Teacher Bio: Emily Nichols is full time fundraising professional, fitness instructor and most importantly wife and mom to two little boys. She and her husband found Whole30 together in 2015 and it snowballed into completely changing their family’s life from the inside/out. Through many rounds of Whole30, Emily has found how to better manage stress with self-care instead of sugar, and found the power in giving back to others through leading others through Whole30. Emily is passionate about helping other busy families like hers to find their way to not only their own food freedom, but also changing their mindset to live their lives to the fullest. You can find Emily and her family hiking outdoors, playing with their Labrador Retriever, running in Spartan races together or enjoying TacoTuesday at home.
