Walk the Moon is a dance-rock band from Cincinnati that plays '80s-inspired pop-rock. The band was tapped to open for the Rolling Stones in a 2015 appearance in Detroit. The band had a big hit that year with "Shut Up and Dance" which was on their last album, "Talking is Hard,'" released in December 2014.
